The Orchester Divertimento Viennese was founded in 1998. In its early days, the orchestra was shaped by the collegial interplay of young music students. Over the years, it has grown into a homogeneous ensemble. Its core members include first-class musicians and experienced players from leading professional orchestras. Divertimento Viennese designs concert programs featuring works from late Romanticism, Impressionism, Expressionism, Art Nouveau, early Modernism, as well as works inspired by jazz.
